1. Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges

- Returns and exchanges for damaged products are accepted within 7 days from the date of delivery.
- Items must be in their original condition, unused, unworn, and accompanied by the original packaging and proof of purchase.
- Customised or personalised items are not eligible for returns or exchanges unless a manufacturing defect exists.
- Please note that our pearls are naturally cultured, so there might be a variation of color and texture, as shown on the website, which will not be considered for exchange or return.
- The Natural and Freshwater Pearls are naturally found to have few thin veins on their surface, unlike their clear appearances of a plastic or synthetic pearl.

2. Conditions for Refunds

- Refunds will only be issued for items that are damaged, defective, or incorrect due to an error on our part.
- Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 10 business days of receiving and inspecting the item.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to our error.

3. Exchange Policy

- Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If the desired item is not available, you may choose a different item of equal value.

4. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Custom-designed pearl jewelry.
- Items showing signs of wear or damage caused by misuse.
- Any damaged claimed after 7 days of delivery.
- *Ps- refer the care instructions mentioned in the website.

5. Return Policy

- Contact Us: Initiate your return or exchange by emailing us at customer@bazilapearls.com or calling 9445922870.
- Please provide your order number, a brief description of the issue, a clear video of unboxing and three images of the damage.
- Product Pick up: Our Representative will contact you and arrange pickup accordingly
- Inspection and Processing: Once the item is received and inspected, we will process your refund or exchange and notify you of the outcome.
- Refund/Exchange will be processed within 5-7 Business Days from the date of acceptance.

6. Shipping Policy

- Any purchase will be considered as an order as soon as the full payment is received.
- Our standard delivery time is 7-15 days. This delivery time assumes normal working conditions and can be longer in case of unforeseen circumstances. You shall be notified in case of any changes in the delivery ETA.
- For logistics and insurance purposes, our team will reach out to request an Identity proof of person/s who will be likely to receive the parcel. Our logistics company will hand over the parcel only to these specified person/s.
- We ship through luxury logistics services and all our shipments are insured. As soon as your order is dispatched, our team will reach out to you through whatsapp and/or email to update you the with the tracking link of the shipment.
